By visiting our website, creating an account, accessing wholesale pricing, placing an order, or purchasing from The Nature Aroma, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or terms posted on our website.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you should not access the website, create an account, place an order, or purchase products from The Nature Aroma.

B2B AND WHOLESALE SALES ONLY

The Nature Aroma operates as a wholesale and B2B supplier. Products sold through our wholesale website are intended for business use, resale, retail distribution, commercial inventory, or professional use.

By creating an account or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are purchasing as a business, reseller, retailer, distributor, commercial buyer, or authorized purchasing representative, and not as a consumer purchasing solely for personal household use.

We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate wholesale access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected misuse, fraud, policy violations, chargebacks, false information, abusive conduct, or failure to meet wholesale requirements.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND BUSINESS INFORMATION

To access wholesale pricing, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate business information, including but not limited to your name, company name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, resale certificate, tax ID, sales channels, or other business details.

You agree that all information provided to us is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Nature Aroma may request additional documentation to verify wholesale eligibility. Failure to provide requested information may result in denial, suspension, or termination of wholesale access.

WHOLESALE PRICING AND ACCESS

Wholesale pricing is available only to approved or registered wholesale accounts, subject to our policies and system settings.

Prices, product availability, product descriptions, minimum order requirements, discounts, and promotions may change at any time without prior notice.

Access to wholesale pricing does not guarantee continued access, account approval, product availability, or future pricing.

We reserve the right to limit, refuse, cancel, or modify orders at our discretion.

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT

Wholesale orders are subject to a minimum order requirement of $350, unless otherwise stated in writing by The Nature Aroma.

Orders that do not meet the minimum order requirement may be cancelled, held, or adjusted at our discretion.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order. An order is considered accepted only when it has been reviewed, processed, and fulfilled by The Nature Aroma.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect pricing, inventory errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, account eligibility, or violation of these Terms.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, we may issue a refund to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment processor rules and our policies.

ORDER REVIEW RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing checkout, including product names, fragrance selections, sizes, quantities, pricing, billing information, shipping information, and any applicable terms.

Once an order is submitted, it is considered confirmed and approved by you.

We are not responsible for buyer errors, duplicate orders, incorrect quantities, incorrect fragrance selections, incorrect shipping addresses, or failure to review order details before checkout.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product names, images, descriptions, sizes, colors, scents, ingredients, usage instructions, and other product information accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, colors, packaging, labeling, availability, or other content will be error-free, complete, current, or identical to the product received.

Product packaging, labels, colors, caps, containers, bottles, branding, and presentation may vary due to updates, manufacturing changes, supplier availability, or product improvements.

Fragrance descriptions are subjective and may vary based on environment, diffuser type, usage amount, airflow, temperature, and individual scent perception.

PRODUCT USE AND RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for reading and following all product labels, instructions, warnings, and safety information before use, resale, display, distribution, or recommendation to your customers.

You agree not to misuse products or represent them in a false, misleading, unauthorized, unsafe, or unlawful manner.

Diffusers, fragrance oils, essential oils, wellness products, hygiene products, and related items must be used only as directed.

The Nature Aroma is not responsible for damage, injury, loss, misuse, improper installation, improper dilution, incorrect application, unauthorized modification, improper storage, failure to follow instructions, or use of products in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

RESALE RESPONSIBILITY

If you resell our products, you are solely responsible for your own sales practices, customer communications, advertising, product claims, pricing, taxes, returns, warranties, refunds, compliance, marketplace requirements, and business operations.

You agree not to make false, misleading, medical, therapeutic, disease-related, regulatory, or unauthorized claims about our products.

You are responsible for ensuring that your resale, advertising, labeling, listing, and distribution practices comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and marketplace policies.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND BRAND USE

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, brand names, product names, text, images, graphics, designs, layouts, videos, icons, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to The Nature Aroma or its affiliates and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing by The Nature Aroma.

We reserve the right to withhold fulfillment until payment has been successfully processed and verified.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method provided for the full amount of your order, including products, shipping, handling, taxes, fees, and any applicable charges.

You are responsible for any payment processing issues, declined transactions, bank fees, chargeback fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges imposed by your financial institution or payment provider.

TAXES

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, tariffs, customs charges, import fees, and regulatory fees related to your purchase, resale, or shipment.

If you claim tax-exempt or resale status, you must provide valid documentation when requested. We reserve the right to charge applicable taxes until proper documentation is received and verified.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping times, delivery estimates, and carrier timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

The Nature Aroma is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, refused packages, stolen packages, lost packages after carrier delivery confirmation, or circumstances outside our control.

An order marked as delivered by the carrier is considered delivered.

Risk of loss may pass to the buyer once the order is transferred to the carrier, subject to applicable law and shipping terms.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND FINAL SALE ITEMS

All returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged item claims, incorrect item claims, refused shipments, restocking fees, and final sale items are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to review and accept our Return and Refund Policy before purchase.

Because we operate as a wholesale and B2B supplier, wholesale orders may be final sale and may be subject to strict claim deadlines, non-returnable item restrictions, and restocking fees, as stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

DAMAGED, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Claims for damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within the deadline stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

You must provide your order number, photos, packaging evidence, and any other requested documentation.

Failure to provide complete information within the required claim period may result in denial of the claim.

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

By placing an order, you agree to contact The Nature Aroma directly to resolve any order concern before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or claim with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and payment disputes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and payment processor rules.

In response to a chargeback or payment dispute, we may provide order records, checkout records, payment records, account information, IP information, email communications, shipping confirmation, tracking information, delivery confirmation, policy acceptance, product records, and any other evidence related to the transaction.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending orders, termination of wholesale access, refusal of future orders, and any other remedies available to us.

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or wholesale access at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, provided false information, abused our policies, engaged in fraudulent activity, filed excessive claims or chargebacks, failed to comply with payment obligations, misused our products or brand, or acted in a manner harmful to The Nature Aroma, our customers, or our business.

PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our website, products, content, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

NO WARRANTIES

INDEMNIFICATION

FORCE MAJEURE

The Nature Aroma shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or inability to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, labor disputes, supplier delays, transportation delays, customs delays, government action, war, terrorism, pandemics, power failures, internet failures, carrier issues, material shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from or related to your use of this website, your account, your order, or your purchase from The Nature Aroma shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

VENUE AND JURISDICTION
